Yoga at the Vineyard

A taste of yoga and a taste of wine at Stargazers

This event is $35.00 per person and includes: 

Beginners are encouraged to join!
Wear comfortable clothing, dress for the weather, and bring your yoga mat. If you do not have a mat, please mention that when reserving.

The class will be conducted under cover on our Press Pad.

Regarding our upcoming events, please reserve by phone or email. In the past we have cancelled events only to have a flood of reservations at the last minute. Then we're unhappy, the caterer is unhappy and you are unhappy.

A one hour yoga session with Robin Ortzman is set for May 19, followed by a wine tasting and light supper. Start time 4:30 $35 Reservations by May 12 essential.

Moonlight Catering BBQ is set for July Fourth, 4-7 pm $20 Reservations requested by June 30. 

We have scheduled two new events at Stargazers:

June 14 Flag Day - Country Style Picnic with wine tasting to honor our 48 star flag, introduced over 100 years ago. Catering by Betsy $24 Reserve by June 7

August 17 - Rendezvous with Mason & Dixon -- Wine Pairings with Four Courses. "Walk the Line"  to find foods from the states where Mason & Dixon surveyed. Catering by Betsy $35. Reserve by August 10

New! Sparkling Rose of Pinot Noir $25

We are ready to have some new events at Stargazers. We are thinking of summer picnics on Friday Nights with a small plates menu, you pick the wine to accompany them. Are you interested? Give us your suggestions for other formats, please.

Chardonnay "Thirty Leaf" 2008
Fermented on French oak, aged with lees stirring, this wine has tropical fruit flavors with hints of sage and vanilla.  This wine exhibits the terroir which characterizes Stargazers Vineyard. PQA approved.

Solar Celebration Chardonnay 2009
100% sun, 0% oak. This wine allows you to smell and taste how special our site is for Chardonnay without the influence of oak.

Cinco Blanco 2011
A blend  of five white varieties, Italian in concept, with a Spanish name. Soft and spicy. The ideal sipping wine.

Cabernet Franc 2009 SOLD OUT
Has a bright color, an aroma reminiscent of violets, and refreshing bramble-berry flavors.  This Anjou-style wine accompanies a variety of light meat dishes.

Rosé of Pinot Noir 2011 Vibrant aromas of fresh strawberries, red cherries and blood oranges. these flavors carry through on the palate, combining with  pleasing minerality. $14

Dornfelder 2012 
SOLD OUT
Nouveau style, bottled in the year of harvest and released in November;  a light refreshing red with rich, red berry fruit and soft tannins.

Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve  2008
An example of what Cab Sauv can do in this region in a good year and on the exceptional site which was Sandy Hill.

Tinto 
Three red vinifera varieties were fermented together with the addition of sugar and alcohol tolerant yeast to produce a wine of port-like strength.

Color obtained by brief skin contact, slightly sweet - Pink capsule. Fermented in the bottle.

From West Chester or Unionville follow 162 until you reach Stargazers Road, turn on to Stargazers Road (from this point on there should be a "Winery" sign at each intersection), take a left at a "T" (curve) onto Youngs, take a right onto Laurel and finally a right onto Wheatland (you may think that you've taken a wrong turn here as it appears to be just a small housing development but if you go to the top of the hill you'll see the entrance to our driveway.......and voila you've found paradise!)
