Press Pad Picnic, July 24th - canceled

We are sorry to say that our Press Pad Picnic scheduled for July 24th has been canceled.
As these events are catered they require a minimum number of people to ensure they will be profitable for the caterer. By last weekend we unfortunately had not reached the minimum and so the caterer decided to cancel and take another catering event.
This is disappointing to everyone, especially as we have received several requests for reservations in the last couple of days.
We apologize for not stating a deadline for reservations.
For our future Press Pad Picnics we will therefore require reservations a minimum of one week in advance of the picnic date in order to confirm the event.
The reservation deadlines for our future picnics are:
August 7th for the picnic on August 14th
August 28th for the picnic on September 5th
We would like to thank all the people who had made a reservation for the picnic on the 24th, and for being so understanding and flexible by changing to one of the upcoming picnic dates.
